The 2008-2009 season auditions are now complete. Callbacks and casting are underway.
Our production of The Secret Garden has a need for actors/singers of a specific age and/or ethnicity for featured roles. The character descriptions are as follows:
1 - Female – white, age 10 to 12, experienced actor with strong musicality
2 - Male – white, age 10 to 12, trained soprano range, slight in stature with acting background
3 - Female – Middle Eastern (Indian subcontinent), age 20 to 30, strong alto with acting experience
4 - Male – African American, age 18 to 28, trained tenor range with acting experience
Interested actors/singers must be available mid-January through March 2009.
Auditions for these roles will be held by appointment only on August 3 with callbacks on August 17. No phone calls please. Email for audition appointment directly to: mplsmt@excite.com.
